Visas
In order to visit Zimbabwe you may need to apply for a visa. Your nationality will determine which of 3 visa requirement categories you fall into. Your category will tell you if you need to apply for a visa and when:

Visa Categories
Category A
No visa required.
Category B
Visa on arrival at the port of entry.
Category C
Visa before arrival.
How To Apply
The department of immigration wishes to inform all e-visa applicants that the portal is currently being upgraded. In the interim all clients should submit as follows:
- Applications should be submitted through the support system using email at www.afrosoft.com or call the following WhatsApp number +263 784604351.
- Applicants must simultaneously forward an email to evisazim@gmail.com to ensure the application is attended to.
- Applicants can also reach the Department of Immigration at +263 716801141 or send a WhatsApp message to +263 712321210.
- Applicants can also request their relatives in Zimbabwe to visit the Department of Immigration for the manual submission of the application.
With effect from November 1, 2019, tourist visas for Chinese Passport holders shall be issued at the port of entry into Zimbabwe. Kindly note that visa applications will no longer be processed by the Embassy. The Embassy will continue issuing visas for holders of Chinese Diplomatic and official passports.
