Application for a Zimbabwean Birth Certificate and Passport for a baby born in China:
- Original Chinese Birth Certificate;
- Father’s original copies of Birth Certificate, National Identity Card and Passport;
- Mother’s original copies of Birth Certificate, National Identity Card and Passport;
- Original copy of Marriage Certificate (if available);
- ¥70; and
- Both parents should be present to sign the application form.
